Welcome to the Preschool Ministry at Hillcrest! Our preschool ministry serves families with children up to kindergarten age. Our goal is to provide screened, trained, and caring teachers, using age-appropriate curriculum that encourages the spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and social development in a child. We strive to set the foundation by which preschoolers will later be ready to accept Jesus as their personal Savior.Hillcrest celebrates children as gifts from God. We realize the importance of being living examples of Christ as we support parents in guiding their children toward Christ. Through our ministries we accept this responsibility by offering opportunities for young children to hear, feel, see and experience God’s love.

Welcome to the Children’s Ministry at Hillcrest!
Our children’s ministry serves families with children in first through fifth grades. Our team of staff and volunteers provide a fun, clean, and safe environment for your child to learn how much God loves them. Our goal in the Children’s Ministry is to come alongside parents as you teach and disciple your children. While at Hillcrest, your child will have the opportunity to learn spiritual truths in an age-appropriate way through Bible study, worship and missions. The children’s ministry team is committed to teaching each child about God while providing a safe environment for them to grow spiritually and physically. Sundays we kick off with Sunday School in the Fellowship Hall with individual age-graded classes. Sunday School is followed by time spent in the worship service. Kids who are in first through fifth grade get dismissed part of the way through service to attend K’Motion in the youth area. K’Motion is a time for the Kids to be in motion for Christ in a worship service geared towards them. Come back on Sunday evening to enjoy our Kids Choir. Wednesdays are all about missions and bible skills. During the school year, preschoolers and children get to take part in kids discipleship, learning Bible truths and engaging with missions all around the world. In the summer time we focus on our Bible skills, memorizing passages of scripture and the books of the Bible.
